Xavier Koller may be established internationally, but he is Swiss through and through. He made history in the swiss film industry with the FROZEN HEART and TANNER- THE REBELLION. He is the only Swiss director to date to have won an Oscar for the best foreign film with his refugee drama JOURNEY OF HOPE. It was to herald the start of a rollercoaster career in the hollywood dream factory. This documentary film shows the beginning of Koller’s career from an actor until his latest film EINE WEN IG, DR DÄLLENBACH KARI.
